We begin each project by listening to your goals and objectives. Once we fully understand your menu, applications, and operations, we begin our process. As foodservice experts, we carefully evaluate space requirements, traffic flow, and your budget to recommend the proper equipment for your foodservice facility. We work with our manufacturers and vendor representatives to create drawings and specifications to fit your specific needs. We are not here to sell you equipment, we are here to help you find the best piece of equipment for your specific needs.
We have current contracts with State of Massachusetts, State of Connecticut, MHEC Mass Higher Education Consortium, ROC Restaurant Operators Cooperative
We provide daily deliveries throughout the Northeast with our own drivers and fleet of trucks. Equipment is scheduled separately based on your schedule and delivery requirements. We also ship by UPS and common carrier to distant locations. Equipment is delivered and set in place. We will also refer installation technicians to hook up the equipment for you.
We not only sell to end users but because of our volume purchasing, we often sell to other distributors who don’t have the capability to buy direct from the manufacturers or to those who are simply looking for a better deal.
We work closely and effectively with architects, engineers, and foodservice consultants in the planning and completion of your project. We also provide equipment specifications and/or drawings to general contractors, plumbers and electricians. The result is smooth progress and timely results from start to finish of the project and most importantly, a well-designed kitchen that is ready to run up to its full potential.
Showroom & Product Selection
Discover new products and weigh your options in either of our 10,000 sq ft showrooms. Find the correct equipment and supplies to fit your needs and budget and see them first hand on our showroom floor. We have foodservice professionals on staff including chefs, restaurateurs, and caters who are available to answer any questions you may have. Free and convenient parking is right outside our doors.
Watch live product demonstrations done by the Manufacturers’ Executive Chefs right in our showroom. We frequently bring in equipment trailers so you can see the newest technology and test innovative products out for yourself. We will also come to you. After purchasing a new piece of equipment, we will schedule manufacturer representatives to do the start ups and train your staff on the product features. Training guides, equipment demonstrations, & safety guidelines may all be emailed to you.
